How much royalty or ongoing franchise fees do I pay?
None. Unlike other franchised companies, with a Lifetime Distributors Franchise there is no
ongoing royalty fee or management fee and all stock is supplied on a consignment basis.
Do I pay advertising or marketing fees?
No. Unlike most business format franchises in Australia and New Zealand, there
are no advertising or marketing fees required as part of your Franchise Agreement.
However it is important you promote your business in your chosen marketplace.
What is a franchise?
Franchising is a business relationship in which the Franchisor (owner of the business) assigns to independent
parties (Master Franchisees and/or Franchisees) the right to market and distribute the Franchisor’s goods
or services and to use the business name for a fixed period of time under specific conditions. Franchising
is used to describe a number of business models, the most common of which is “business format
franchising”. Standardisation, consistency and uniformity are characteristics of a business format franchise.

What does a franchisee do?
- A franchisee is required to visit a required number of workplaces in an exclusive
geographical area to display our product.
- At a location agreed with each customer, you leave a selection of products in a display box, along with the
relevant order forms for that particular selection.
- The franchisee returns to the same location after two weeks to fulfil any orders and collect payment. At the
same time a further selection of products is left and the cycle begins again.
- You must have your own vehicle and a safe dry area to keep a small stock of our books and related products.
How much does a Franchise cost?
The costs of becoming a Franchisee vary from state to state. Available franchise territories
