We understand that undertaking an assessment of a business
opportunity can be stressful; for this reason it is important to follow
our structured procedures. As you move along the process there
will be some paperwork to be completed and interviews with the
Master Franchisee.
The information we require and the interview process is to help
you make an informed decision about this business opportunity
and to help you assess your suitability to the Lifetime Distributors
business.
Please note that this is a simplified overview of the application
process. The grant of a franchise is subject to you meeting all
requirements of the franchising process, completion of the training
program and compliance with the Franchising Code of Conduct.
Step 1: Expression of Interest
If you would like to proceed with Lifetime Distributors, please complete an expression of interest form here alternatively contact us here.
Step 2: Expression of Interest Follow-up
The appropriate Master Franchise office will contact you,
generally within three working days. This call is a chance for you
to learn more about the business opportunities and for you to
ask questions you feel are important to the progression of your
interest.
Step 3: First Interview – Face to Face
This interview gives both parties a chance to get to know each
other. It is an informal yet thorough interview to ensure you
are informed about the business opportunity and to help you
and us assess your suitability to Lifetime Distributors. It is also
an opportunity to follow-up on any important questions you
may have. At this stage you may be required to complete an
application form and the Master Franchisee may also issue you
with a confidentiality agreement.
Step 4: Orientation
Following receipt of your signed confidentiality agreement, the
Master Franchisee will supply you with an information pack
and also schedule your attendance at a two day orientation
with a local franchisee which includes touring existing Lifetime
customers and an overview of Lifetime’s operational procedures.
If you are interested in purchasing an existing franchise, the
Master Franchisee will also organize introductions to the relevant
franchisees.
Stage 5: Franchising Procedures
Once your application has final approval franchising procedures
commence including confirming finance availability, agreement
on franchise territory and issuing of disclosure and franchise
agreements.
Step 6: The Training
Lifetime Distributors offers a comprehensive training program.
You will be taken through everything from working with your
current customers to the importance and methods on how
to prospect new customers. You will be trained in using our
sophisticated, yet user friendly management system to help
you manage your customers, your product drops, stock control
and territory reports. Training is conducted by either the Master
Franchise office or nominated franchisee.
Step 7: Settlement
Your Master Franchisee shall confirm the
settlement date and any relevant information required to make the
settlement and transaction to becoming a Lifetime Franchisee or
Sub-Contractor a trouble free experience.
